He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith Rash of Monticello; his daughters, Lincey Rash Waite (Devon) of Bryant and Chelsea Rash Acklen (James) of Pleasant Hill, MO; his grandchildren, Alyssa Waite and Charleigh Waite; his niece Annalisa Ahee; his nephew Brendon Hayes (Lisa Mele); and his pets, Cotton and Eva.
