He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Calvin Halley, Sr. and Martha Juanita Akin Halley; and his brothers, Rickey Halley and James Thomas Halley. He is survived by: his nephew Steven Halley; his siblings, Emmett Calvin Halley, Jr. (Cendye) of Hot Springs, AR, Rev. Paul Halley (Monica) of Monticello, AR and Carolyn Adams of Monticello, AR; his daughter Cynthia Halley of Monticello, AR; and his grandson Robert Halley of Hot Springs, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
