He is survived by: his parents, Robert Clark Haddox and Heather Littleton; his siblings, Jacob Haddox and Bianca Haddox; his grandmothers, Marsha Johnson and Pollyanna Littleton; and his uncles, Kenneth Haddox and Taze Kiser.

He was also an organ donor where he saved seven lives through his donation.
