He is survived by: his wife Amanda Christine Tolbert (Riddle) of Monticello, AR; his sons, Joshua Carroll and Daniel Wayne Tolbert of Monticello, Arkansas; his father Jerry Wayne Tolbert of De Witt, Arkansas; his brother Keith Wesley; his sister-in-law Kristi Ann Tolbert of North Port; his nieces and nephews, Kyla Faith, Kaden Troy and Karter Jo Tolbert; his sister Rebecca Jo; his brother-in-law James Brent Wilson of Bryant; his nieces and nephews, Stormy Haven and Oakley Willow Wilson; his sister Amanda Beth; and his brother-in-law James Madison Loetscher of Benton, Arkansas..
