It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie L. Cheatham of Mineral Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earlie Cheatham and Lucy Jefferson-Cheatham; and his sister Pearlie Mae Cage. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann O'Bryant-Cheatham of Mineral Springs; his sons, LaGarrett M. O'Bryant (Fatima) of Dallas and Earlie D. Cheatham of Mineral Springs, Arkansas.; his siblings, Perry Cheatham, Sr. (Karen) of Michigan, Reginald Cheatham (Johnnie) of Hope, Arkansas., Delois Cheatham of Hope, Valarie Milus (Alvin) of Hope, Jennie Turner (Roderick) of Hope and Sharon Dixon of Alabama; his grandchildren, LaGarrett D. O'Bryant, Ja'Kachel O'Bryant, Ta'Quia Wesley and Muhammad Sy; and his great grandchildren, Khylee Renee Johnson and Kynleigh Alia Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Because of CDC guidelines from COVID, all who intend to attend will be required to wear a mask and adhere to current social distancing guidelines.
