He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Perry and Hurshel Perry; his wife Edith Perry (Summers); and his brother Kenneth Perry. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald David Perry (Becky), Donnie Perry (Georgina), Lonnie Perry (Nora) and Glenda Hackney; his sons, Dale Perry (Loretta) of Blue Springs, MO and Glenn Perry of Midway, AR; and his grandchildren, April Munson (Dean), Shaun Perry, Joshua Brown and Jacob Perry. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
