He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Geneva Cook; his mother Linda Cook Brady (Cook); his stepfather William Brady; and his brother John Armstrong.
He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Robins; his daughters, Andrea and Rita Armstrong; his sisters, Lynn Tete and Brandy Brady; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Tia of Taylor, EJ and Emma; his aunts, Dianne Ezell and Peggy Waring; and his uncle Tracy Cook. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He believed strongly in organ donation.
