It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Bowman (Midway, Arkansas), born in Texarkana, Texas, who passed away on November 17, 2019, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phillip, Mary Frances Newman, Jerry and Zena Bowman. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Bowman and Joyce Bowman (Newman); his sister Sidney Bowman of Fayetteville; and his grandfather Sam DeLisle of Midway. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
