She is survived by: her husband Jerry Jay Sr.; her son Jerry Jay Jr. (Marty McCafferty); her sister Patty Philips (Kevin); her goddaughter Samantha Kestler (Joe); and her siblings-in-law, Pam Olszewski and Patrick Roth.
