He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Joanna Toney, Stephanie Bailey, Roy Wert II (LaShonda) and Sherita Lewis (Ronnie); his sisters, Marcia Calvin (Lloyd), Tameria Franklin (late Rayford) and Regina Hogan (Charles); his grandchildren, Bret Blackman Jr., Joshua Wert, Kameron Bailey, Asia Bailey, Aisha Bailey and Zakiya Wert; and his close friend Janiya Williams (Roy Wert III). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
