She was predeceased by: her husband William Wesley Cook (Wes); her daughter Janet Kayle Milligan; her parents, Ephraim Isaiah Edie and Myrtle Thomas Edie; and her brother Raymond Thomas Edie.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Leslie Milligan Barnes (William) and Lee Eric Milligan; her great grandchildren, Kaia Lynn Milligan and Phoenix Luca Milligan; her siblings, Cloma Elizabeth Dodd and Eugene Ephraim Edie (Gene); and her son-in-law Dennis Jay Milligan.
