He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Tom Evans (Barbara) of Goodyear, AZ, Craig Evans (Gaby) of Tarzana, CA, Alicia Balderas of Huntington Beach, CA and William Machado (Jennifer) of Costa Mesa, CA; and his sister Glenda Shaw of Sutter Creek, CA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
