He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harmon Henry and Joyce Ann Henry (DeVore); and his great grandchild Jalen Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Lou Henry; his daughters, Lisa Kincaid (John), Linda Ennis (Derek) and Billie Jo Hendrix (Bryon); his grandchildren, Mariah, Anthony Dominguez, Tyler, Bridget Kincaid, Johnny Kincaid, Brittany, Kyle Burtenshaw, Brooklyn Ennis, Baily Ennis, Breeanna Hendrix and William Hendrix; his great grandchildren, Maverick Burtenshaw, Cruz Dominguez, Madilyn Kincaid and Echo Phisaisawat; and his siblings, Larry Hejduck and Sherry Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
