He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jefferson Pearl and Jaunita Morgan Hightower; his stepparents, Wilson Hightower and Leda Pearl; and his sisters, Bonnie Martin and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley White; his children, Jammey Anderson (Rhonda), Terri Ann Floyd Armijo (Frankie), Tina Jo Laws (Timothy) and Regina Webb; his siblings, Sam Pearl (Mitzi), Rebecca Dalton and Beverly Anderson; and his close friend Cullis Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
