She is survived by: her husband Jerry Foster of Mena; her children, Ricky Foster (Lynn) of Mena, Arkansas Terry Foster of Mena, Arkansas Stanley Foster (Kandy) of Mena, Charlotte Parker of Fort Smith and Arkansas Sheila Hicks (Mike) of Mineral Springs; her brother Carroll Evins (Gloria) of Bartlett; her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Evins of Gainsville, Texas Mary Evins of Austin, Texas Ann, Bob Sheeler of Mena, Arkansas Donna, Henry Cogburn of Mena, Arkansas Carl Foster and Eddie Cross of Mena; and her brother Steve Ellison. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 5 Step Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren and a host of other friends and relatives.
