She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Boggess and Floris Pickens Boggess; her husband Dean Egger; her son Randy Egger; and her siblings, Jennings Holbert Boggess, David "Buddy" Boggess, Naomi Durrence and Mary Nicklaus.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda (Don Cochran) and Vadena (Ben Hogan); her sisters, Ethel Stidman, Clara "Tuddie" Hayes and Drema Drager; and her grandchildren, Tonja, Matt Tomblin, Daniel, Elecia Egger, Alecia, Brandon House, Billy, Kim Hogan, Bobby, Amy Hogan, Brian, Christy Hogan, Brison and Ashley Hogan. She is also survived by great great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
