She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Dugan and Elizabeth Anderson Dugan; her husband Clarence E. West Sr.; her son Glendol Gene Wilcox; and her brothers, Joe Dugan, Doyle Dugan, Dale Dugan, Vandaley Dugan and Theo Dugan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Willis of Mena and Debra Wilcox (David Marshall); her siblings, Chester Dugan and Margie Dugan Smallwood of Mena; her grandchildren, Debra (Jeffrey Thoma), Vernon (Christina Wilcox), Damon (Tina Miller) and Randall (Nicole Miller); and her great grandchildren, Tristan Miller, Austin Miller, Emmary Miller, Ethan Miller, Eian Miller, Erika Miller, Brittany Dulaney, James Dulaney, Alexia Thoma, Suzanne Lawrence, Tiffany Lawrence, Destiny Thoma and Mary Nell Thoma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
