He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Whiteley and Bea Whiteley (Jock); and his siblings, James Whiteley and Lorene Gunnels. He is survived by: his wife Janie Whiteley; his son David (Rebecka Whiteley); his grandson Timothy Stout; and his sister Bessie Romo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
