He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Bissell and Joyce Bissell; and his grandparents, Herbert Otis, Dona Bissell, Cashus and Phyllis Hennings.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Bissell, Shawna Martin (Donald), Brandy Johnson (Benjamin) and Jodie Barker (Jason); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Scott, Tiffany, Faith, Kamryn, Dylan, Isaiah, Trinity, Trey, Grace, Hope, Maximus, Grey, Justice, Bubba and Jaylon; and his siblings, Teale Bissell, Otis Bissell (Maetasha), Brenda Newbolt (Billy) and Bertha Crawford (Wendell). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
