She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Ludlow (Bond) and Randall Ludlow; and her siblings, Edith Samuels, Juanita Ludlow and Floyd Ludlow.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lowman of Watson; her children, Dewayne Lowman of Watson and Karen Hackney (Tommy) of Hatfield; her siblings, Clifford Ludlow (Cathy) of Honobia, Kenneth Ludlow (Aileen) of Watson, Marvin Ludlow (Anita) of Ludlow, Austin Ludlow (Darlene) of Talihina, Wanda Ward of Smithville, Eula Ludlow of Talihina and Carol Burge of Hartshorne; and her friend Alicia Wilson of Lawton.
