He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordell Bullock and Rosemary Bullock (Garrett); and his siblings, Joe Bohlman and Lorna Deramus. He is survived by: his brothers, Kent (Sandy Bullock), Donald (Kimberly Bohlman), Fred Bohlman and Roy Joe Bradley; his brother-in-law Doyle Deramus; his sisters, Deborah Roza, Lynn Ashley, Rosemary (Dean Stallings) and Patricia (Jim Parker); and his sister-in-law Gladys Bohlman.
