She is survived by: her children, Tony Hale of Whittier, Mike Johnson of Mena, Anita Miller of Camden and Michelle Griggs of Fort Smith; and her siblings, Rick Horstman of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Pat McCollough of San Diego, California. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
