He is survived by: his mother Margie Catherine Dugan Smallwood; his siblings, James Lee Smallwood and Elizabeth Cassell; his uncle Chester Dugan; his nieces, LaTonya Brumbelow and Candice Creekmore; his cousins, Diane, Linda, Suzanne Willis and Vernon Wilcox (Christina); and his close friends, Latecia Glover, Roy Sanders and Kristal Kidwell. He is also survived by other great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
