He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Staggs and Dorothy Staggs (Barthen); and his brother Robert Staggs. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Staggs, Eric Staggs and Kody Staggs; his siblings, Scott Cloutier (Margo), Chris Staggs and Debbie Loyd (Dale); his niece Erica Roles; his nephews, Christopher Staggs, Austin Staggs and Charles Roles (Aimee); and his aunts, Betty Wiles and Wanda Cole.
