He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Sharp and Mary Yoak Sharp; his wives, Mary Sharp and Patsy Sharp; his siblings, Allen and Madelyn; and his nieces, Debbie and Connie.
He is survived by: his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Janet Sharp of Ohio; and his daughters, Belinda Smith of Missouri and Robin Sadler of Missouri. He is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
