He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Foster and Wanda Foster; his brother-in-law J. J. Ramsey; and his mother-in-law Bernice Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his sons, Sidney Foster (Amelia) of Denver and Justin McKenzie of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his siblings, Stan Foster (Kandy), Shelia Hicks (Mike) of Mineral Springs and Charlotte Foster; his sister-in-law Gail Horn (Keith) of Glenwood, Arkansas; and his father-in-law Jesse Ramsey of Glenwood, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
