He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cummins and Nellie Mae Dyer Cummins; and his siblings, Violet Phillips, Lorene Edwards, Mildred Hoots, Helen Reid, Norma Jean O'Brien, Orval Cummins, Columbus Ray Cummins, Charles Kenneth Cummins, James Floyd Cummins, William and Richard Franklin Cummins.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lea Stinnett; his daughters, Sheila Payne (Vernon) of Mena and Sharon C'deBaca (John) of Midway, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Amanda Herndon (Jeremy) of Harrison, Jason Kennedy (Christine Bell) of Louisville and Emily Payne of Farmington, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Alexis Payne of Mena, Chambers Herndon and James Calvin Herndon of Harrison, Arkansas; and his sister Alice Mae Orten of Washington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
