He is survived by: his sons, William Marshall Hale of Mena and Gregory Ray Hale of Northwest Arkansas; his siblings, O. D. Hale (Ann) of Nashville, Dedrick Hale (Sara) of Ink, Arkansas, Anna G. Lee (Gary) of Wooster and Christine O. Hale of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jami, Taylor, Trevor and Marla; his great grandchild Michael Spears; and his pet Lucy.
