He is survived by: his friend Randy; his wife Regina Foster of Mena; his son Tony Paul Foster of Hatfield; his brother Andy; his sister-in-law Kelly Foster of Mena; his sister Pam; his brother-in-law David Miller of Mena; and his close friends, Tim, Wendy Davis of Lowell, Christy, Brian Barton of Fayetteville, Larry and Catherine Miller of Mena. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
