She is survived by: her sibling Gale Jannick of Decatur, IL; her children, John Stillwell of Mena, AR, Cara Seggelke of Decatur, IL. and Carol Stillwell of Decatur, IL.; and her grandchildren, Ryne, Sonya, Zack, Nate, Bryant, Elizabeth, Patrick and Deborah.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Phyllis' memory to St. Jude Children's Hospitals.
