He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Hart; and his niece Lydia Charlie of Minto, Alaska.. He is survived by: his wife Sue Emmons Hart of Mena; his children, Joey Hart (Kjari) of Fairbanks, Brandon Hart of Mena, Billy Joe Hart of Mena, Dianna De La Garza (Eddie) of Los Angeles, Julie Moe (Mike) of Mena and Katherine Hart of Mena; and his siblings, Joe Hart, Ronnie Hart of Detroit, Texas, Delores Mitchell of Detroit and Nina Delaney of Hutchins, Texas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
