He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Henry Slinked Sr and Hayes Elizabeth Reese Slinkerd; and his sister Liz. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Col. Paul Henry Slinkerd III (Elke), Terri L. Jenkins (Clark) and Tonya L. Schultz (Adam); his stepson Mike Hurley; his siblings-in-law, Mike Fischer (Jennifer) and Nancy Huff (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Tricia Luck, Laura Treadway (Keith), Sarah Hinton (Cody), Anne Quinlan (Sean), Cody Standifer, Paul Woolson (Jenn) and Randy Woolson (Belinda); and his grandchildren, Drew Wishon, Courtney Slinkerd and Laynie McWilliams (Justin). He is also survived by two great grandchildren and numerous great nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the First Presbyterian Church at 904 Church Ave, Mena, AR 71953.
