She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Crockett Warren and Freda Lucille Ewell (Dugan); her husband Don Blake; her siblings, Bob Warren and Doris Jean Graves; and her great grandchild Bronx Rion Bruns.
She is survived by: her nephew Bradley Dale Warren; her daughters, Donna Blake and Gina Billy (Justin); her grandchildren, Donald Melton, Bethany Piercy, Marty Blake and Sarah Crosby; her great grandchildren, Tyler Don Blake, Garrett Lee Blake, Jaxon Bruns and Gentry Bruns; and her brother David Warren (Beverly). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
