She is survived by: her spouse Mike; her children, Michael Scott Peek (Lisa) of Danville, Arkansas Gregory Trent Peek (Paula) of Mena and Shannon Charise Mendoza (Avel) of Mena; her grandchildren, Kayla Morris, Chase Peek, Tori Peek of Danville, Arkansas Corie Bush, Taylor Peek of Cove, Arkansas Tate Mendoza of Mena and Arkansas Reed Mendoza of Lincoln; her great grandchildren, Preslea Emmitt, Landry Morris Emmitt, Fletcher Peek Avenlei, Malloree Bush Jaxon Mullen and Rhodes Mendoza; her sister-in-law Betty Lukens Host; her brother Glen Chambers; and her brother-in-law Charles Lukens. She is also survived by friends and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.
