He is survived by: his children-in-law, Kelhan Howell of Mena, Kristopfer Howell (Brittney) of Russellville, Keary Howell of Cabot, Kyle Howell (Barbara) of Cabot and Angela; his siblings, Richard Howell of Lakeland and Deborah French (Howard) of Collierville; and his grandchildren, Manning Howell of Russellville, Serenity Howell of Russellville, Madison Howell of Cabot and Keary Howell Jr. of Cabot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
