He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm D. Wade, Sr and Lucy Wade (Cenotto); his wife Mary Louise Honea; the mother of his children Mary Louise Wade; his son Robert M Wade; and his sister Margaret Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Dean Wade and Linda Carol Wade; his grandson Charles D Wade, II; his great grandchildren, Warren D Wade, Harrison Malcolm Wade and Vivian Lee Wade; and his siblings, James Wade and Betty J Estep (Wade).
