He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lawrence and Willie Elise Sullivan Rose; and his brothers, Glen Rose, Kenneth Pose, Doyle Rose and Gerald Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Annell Rose of Mena; his sons, Bobby Rose of Houston and Jamie Rose of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his brother Alton Rose of Athens, Texas; and his grandson Carrington Rose of Mena, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
