He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Jackson and Nancy Wilmerth Clark (Horne); his wife Linda Clark; and his sister Delphine Simpson. He is survived by: his stepsons, Scott and Kevin Belknap; his daughter Tammy Vaught; his grandchildren, Katelyn Tipton, Ethan Vaught and Kris Belknap; and his great grandchild Elaina Tipton.
