He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hickenbottom; his son David Hickenbottom; his adoptive son Clayburn (Cathy Pickens); his daughters, Deidra Hickenbottom, Cora Shrouder (Cookie) and Censi Childs (Matthew Trammell); his grandchildren, James Pickens, Steve Hickenbottom, Amy Hickenbottom, Matthew Gurnick, Michael Gurnick, Sydney Arnold, Cody Arnold, Kirsten Pittsinger, Charles Pittsinger, Harley Becker, Desiree Becker and Kevin Morondy; his brother Mike Hickenbottom; and his pet Jill. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, other friends and family.
