He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Arthur and Jessie Lorene Manning (Hughes); and his siblings, Newt Calvin Manning, Marion William "Bill" Manning, Doris Mildred Osbon, Hazel Irene Napper and Margie Faye Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Manning; his siblings, Franklin D. Manning, Dollie Bea Stratton and Rosa Lee Gilligan; his stepchildren, Arvis "Trey" Cannon (Gayle) and Angela Smith (Steven); his grandchildren, Andrew Long (Casey), Arvis "Trace" Cannon, Andrea Michele (Long), Perkins (Kenny), Sage Cannon and Lauren Cannon; and his great grandchildren, Cayden Perkins, AvaGrace Long, Eros Cannon and AnaBelle Long. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
