He was predeceased by: his parents, Vess Ralls and Pauline Ralls. He is survived by: his spouse Evaughn Ralls; his daughters, Belinda Menezes (George) and Terri Aguirre (John); his sister Loretta Isom of Mena Arkansas; his siblings-in-law, Elmer Simpson, James Gortemiller and Jennie Ralls; his great grandchildren, Jonathan and Jaylynn Nemeth; his siblings, James, Wayman Ralls and Sandy Batoon; and his grandson Jonathan Dale. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.
