Rowe of Mena, Haden Ollar and Audrey McNeal; and his grandchildren, Cris, Brittany Phillips of Zafra, Heather Owens Weir of Zafra, Kyle Rowe of Mena, Whitney Horner of Mena and Jake Rowe of Mena. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
