She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Earl Hastey; her sons, Kenneth DeWayne Hastey (Doris Shields Hastey) of Mena and Keith Darren Hastey (Alicia Baber Hastey) of Mena; her brother Colonel Paul Renfro of San Antonio; and her sister-in-law Imogene Hastey Evins Meriott of Wamego, Kansas.
