He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clyde and Lorene Masters Roach; his wife Martha Arciniega Roach; and his sisters, Lora Bell and Willa Taft.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Roach Jr. of La Puente, Larry (Michelle Roach), Douglas (Mary Roach), Curtis (Debbie Roach), Brenda (Paul Baca), Lisa Ramirez of La Puente and Lora (Buddy Randles); and his brother Howard Roach of Covina, California. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
