With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances L. Hill of Mena, Arkansas, who passed away on December 3, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Verner Evan Cartwright and Flora Ruth Cartwright (Binion); and her husband Byron Gilbert "B. G.". She is survived by: her children, Valerie Laverne Snapp, Byron Evan Hill of Arlington, Texas, Carolyn Gregory of Arlington and Jenny Petree of Irving, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Heather Petree, Eric Petree, Matthew Hill, Travis Hill, Sadie Strickland, Mollie Snapp-Myers, Maggie Bowers and Cody Snapp. She is also survived by children and grandchildren, and her many dear friends.
