He is survived by: his cousins, Jerome Willis (Rose) of Festus and Beverly Clark of Cape Geraldo, Missouri; his friends, Janet VanDeest of Hatfield, Doug Wallace of Birmingham, Tom Wallace of Durango, Chase VanDeest of Hot Springs and Aaron Kennedy (Anna) of Farmington, Missouri; and his half-sister Billie Clubb Danfield of New Orleans, Louisiana. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
