It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Talley Sloan (Mena, Arkansas), born in Eva, Alabama, who passed away on November 5, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Kenneth M. Sloan. She is survived by: her son Douglas Sloan (Brenda) of Mena; her daughter-in-law Donna Sloan (late Phillip Talley Sloan) of Mena; her grandchildren, Alessa Sloan of Davison, Michigan Amanda Baker (Dewayne) of Mena, Arkansas Nathan Sloan and California Nicole Sloan of Oklahoma City; her parents, Thomas Talley and Alice Talley (Kenneth M. Sloan); her son Phillip Sloan; and her sisters, Odell Wallace and Judy Thieme. She is also survived by 8 Great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gideons in her name.
