He is survived by: his son Robert Isac Owens of Nunley; his grandchildren, Justice Owens and Isac Owens; his daughter Lucy; his siblings, Frankie Owens (Jane) of Mena, Julie Hammond (Jack) of Boulder City and Melissa Redding of Mena; and his nephew Taylor Redding of Mena. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
