He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Heath and Maudie Roach Heath; and his siblings, Louise Branstetter and Melvin Heath. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Heath; his children, Matthew Heath (Nicky) and Amanda Andrews (Jim); his grandchildren, Dustin Heath (Brianna), Justin Heath, Hanna Heath, Dominic Curnutte, Sierra Hill, Lauren Andrews and James Andrews; his great grandchildren, Weston Heath, Maylee Heath, Brentlee Heath, Lakelyn Heath and Gunter Heath; and his sister-in-law Nancy Heath.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home (611 Janssen Ave, Mena, AR 71953). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery-BIG Fork.
