He is survived by: his mother LaVerne Smith of Mena, AR; his wife Mary Smith of Mena, AR; his daughter Amber Smith of Massachusetts; his granddaughter Hailee Heard of Mena, AR; his brother Shawn Smith (Brandi) of Mena, AR; and his nieces, Sarah Porch, Jessica Clark, Rachel Pierson, Brittany Smith, Brenna Smith and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles.
